Prior to CUNY, Fagon served seven years as associate director of college relations at her alma mater, the College of New Rochelle. She has a bachelor’s degree in communications and a master’s degree in communications from the College of New Rochelle and also a Master of Business Administration degree from Boston University. Fagon said she looks forward to elevating Alfred’s visibility through strategic, data-driven marketing, strengthening the university’s digital presence, and deepening strategic alignment with the Enrollment Management and Advancement teams. Her goals for Marketing and Communications include “highlighting the student experience, exceptional mentorship, and meaningful outcomes the university offers.”
“I’m looking forward to collaborating across campus to elevate Alfred’s story. I’m especially excited to engage with students, faculty, staff, and alumni to showcase the impact of an Alfred education, while building a consistent and compelling brand presence across platforms,” Fagon said. “Alfred University’s mission of helping students realize their promise resonates with me.
