ALLEGANY — HomeCare & Hospice is pleased to announce the addition of two exceptional professionals to our Allegany team: Kaitlin Wallace and Michael Bowley. With their shared dedication to compassionate, individualized care, both bring valuable skills and heart to our mission of supporting patients and families during life’s most meaningful moments. Kaitlin and Michael both joined HomeCare & Hospice in March 2025.
HomeCare & Hospice is proud to welcome Kaitlin Wallace as the new Senior RN Care Coordinator (SRNCC) serving patients and families through our Allegany office. A dedicated and compassionate nurse, Kaitlin brings a strong clinical background and a deep commitment to patient-centered care. Her passion for helping others and her ability to connect with families during vulnerable times make her an outstanding addition to our hospice team. Kaitlin’s leadership and clinical insight will play an essential role in coordinating care and ensuring each patient’s journey is met with dignity, comfort, and support.
Joining Kaitlin in the Allegany office is Michael Bowley, RN Care Coordinator, who brings both clinical experience and a grounded, personal approach to hospice care. A longtime healthcare professional, Michael joined HomeCare & Hospice to embrace a new chapter in patient care—one that allows for deeper, more personal connections. He is enjoying the opportunity to provide one-on-one support to patients and their families in the home setting.

A resident of Allegany, he shares a full and active life with his wife Misty and their blended family of six children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors—hunting, fishing, kayaking, and riding his Harley. And while he jokes about not being great with feelings, he resonates with the Marvel character Loki’s words: “I am burdened with glorious purpose”—a fitting reminder of the deeper calling that brought him to hospice care.
“We are thrilled to welcome Kaitlin and Michael to our care team,” said Melissa Sullivan, CEO of HomeCare & Hospice. “Their experience, passion, and heart for service will no doubt enhance the quality of care and support we provide to our patients and their families every day.”
HomeCare & Hospice provides a continuum of care that allows individuals to remain at home while receiving the support they need—from skilled nursing and rehabilitation for those with chronic or acute conditions to compassionate end-of-life care through our hospice program.
