Town of Alfred Legal Notices


The Town of Alfred will be holding public hearings on the 2022 budget and a zoning law variance hearing.


Notice is hereby given that the preliminary budget for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2022 for the Town of Alfred has been completed and filed in the Office of the Town Clerk at the Town Building, 6340 Shaw Road, Alfred Station, NY, where it is available for review by any interested persons during regular office hours.  Further notice is given that the Town Board of the Town of Alfred will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 11, 2021 at 7:00 pm at which time any person may be heard in favor or against any items contained therein.  This meeting will be held via Zoom with the link posted on the Town website  The regular monthly meeting of the Town Board will be held immediately following the public hearing.

Pursuant to Section 113 of the Town Law, salaries of the following elected officials are as follows:
