Owners cite the rising cost of doing business, June 3 is last day of service
The new and inspired restaurant on Main Street Cuba NY has announced in a very sad social media post that the show is over:
“It is with very heavy and broken hearts that Paul and I have to announce the closing of our beautiful Iva Ann’s on Main. The cost of doing business has grown much faster than the number of people coming to our sweet little restaurant.
We have loved and appreciated every guest that walked through our doors. You weren’t just customers coming through the door. You were guests at our “Crowded Table”. Every dish that came to your table was an act of love and told a story of our love of food, our community, and each other.
Our last day of regular service will be Saturday, June 3rd. We have a few events planned after that so you will still see us about town. We will still sell our baked goods for as long as we can.”
