New York State Police and the Ogden Police Department have issued an alert to the public for assistance locating Jessica Northrup. Northrup was allegedly kidnapped in Spencerport NY by a man named Paul Collen who was driving a white 2019 Dodge Journey, tagged JLT6818.
Authorities ask that anyone with any information call the Ogden Town Police 585 770 3362 or dial 911. Do not approach
