Adjudicator’s Comment:  A Year with Frog and Toad moves quickly when seen through the eyes of a child. The Palmer Opera House brought this heart warming story to life for over 400 children and adults. Fast paced and beautifully executed, this production allowed children to experience theater through song and movement. It’s partnership with Cattaraugus-Allegany BOCES created a foundation for children to build a lasting partnership with the performing arts.
