“It is not about the job per se why I love working at the Arc. It is the people I work for that makes me committed to my job. I have learned more from the people at the agency to carry on for a lifetime. I am grateful for a job that provides important fundamentals to what life is all about, caring, sharing, providing, giving, loving and most of all understanding.” – EB

“I love working for the Arc because of the sense of fulfillment I feel at the end of the day. Knowing that I am part of an agency that does such great things for people with disabilities and their families makes me very proud.” – HP
