Wellsville’s “DIY Headquarters” announces monthly winners

The owners of Wellsville’s independent lumber yard and hardware store have been handing out big checks to customers since January 2023. Dan and Butch have one goal in mind: To thank the loyal customers who support Fassett Lane Lumber.
David Lawton of Bolivar NY has been shopping at Fassett for many years and was thrilled to be the next big winner of $100. Mr. Lawton makes the choice to head to Wellsville for his home repair needs, and for good reason:
“I’ve been shopping at Fassett Lane for many years and know Dan and Butch real well. They have always treated me very well and their prices are competitive. I also really like the crew behind the counter, great customer service and they are very knowledgeable.”
David is always working around the house and says that he’ll put this windfall toward an insulation project he has planned. Lawton wasn’t the only winner at Fassett this month…
Mike Clark from Wellsville, pictured above, took home the monthly “Shop Local ” prize! Each month Fassett Lane also gives away a $50 gift card to another locally owned small business. Dan and Butch understand that many of there customers are either small business owners or share the same “Shop Local” ethos. This month, they gave away a nice time on the town at one of Wellsville’s favorite restaurants, The Beef Haus.
