Budget hearing starts at 6:15pm, regular board meeting at 7pm at the town hall
Town of Ward PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Preliminary Budget for the Town of Ward for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2024 has been completed and filed in the office of the Town Clerk where it is available during normal Town Clerk hours.
Further notice is given that the Town Board of Ward will meet and review said budget at a Public Hearing at the Town Hall, 3005 County Rd. 10, Scio, on November 8, 2023 at 6:15 PM. At such hearing any person may be heard in favor or against any item contained.
Further notice is given that the Regular Monthly Town Meeting is rescheduled for November 8, 2023 at 7 PM, or immediately following the Public Hearing.
Additionally, the Town Clerk’s Office will be closed Wednesday, November 8 th to attend the Public Hearing and the rescheduled Town Meeting.
Anyone requiring auxiliary services to participate in this meeting should contact Clerk at
585-268-5043 no later than 48 hours before the meeting.
