Pat Carlin is the most recent winner of monthly drawing

Fassett Lane Lumber is thrilled to announce the latest winner of $100 is another lifelong customer but also a well-known Main Street business owner. Pat Carlin doesn’t just own any business, his Modern Diner is celebrating 90 years of service to Main Street Wellsville.
We caught Pat on Main Street and asked him about the big win and he cracked a grin, “Oh ya I guess I’m kinda famous now.”
Pat’s been a Fassett Lane customer for over forty years. As a business owner, handyman, and homeowner he says that he’s been “in and out of Fassett my whole life.”
Supporting Fassett Lane is a natural routine for Carlin because the locally owned hardware and lumber operation supports his Modern Diner.
“We support each other. The Fassett crew is in and out of the diner almost everyday, and we are constantly running to Fassett for this or that. It’s a back-and-forth thing and it has been that way for years.”
After asking what products Pat turns to for Fassett Lane he offered a pro shopping tip:
“Fassett has great prices on paint and stain. I do a lot of house painting and the prices at Fassett are almost always better than the other local options.”
The team at Fassett Lane were obviously thrilled that they picked Carlin for the monthly winner. They delivered the winnings in person:
“As you can see we had to present the gift certificate in person to enjoy a homemade lunch from the iconic diner.”
