Big trouble south of the border: Fuhrer arrested after crime spree

Multiple felony charges for theft, counterfeit money, $75K bail

A Genesee, PA man is in some serious hot water following a string of alleged crimes. According to the Court of Common Pleas, Justin Brian Fuhrer, 36 is charged with 26 counts, many of which are felonies. Coudersport-based State Police said they investigated six incidents in which Fuhrer is the prime suspect. Troopers said the crimes involved three burglaries in which three dirt bikes were stolen. Troopers said the man also allegedly passed a counterfeit $100 bill at Kwik Fill in Genesee. Police said numerous catalytic converters were also stolen.

Fuhrer was remanded to Potter County Jail with bail set at $75,000 cash. The formal arraignment is scheduled for September 6th at 9 a.m.
