The apartments above law offices of Hutter and Finn destroyed by Saturday afternoon fire

A major fire broke out Saturday in the village of Wellsville at the offices of Hutter and Finn law firm.
John Anderson is on the scene with this image and will be providing updates.
UPDATE: 4pm, all occupants out of the building, one man reported jumped from the second story and was clearly suffering from smoke inhalation. He was treated at the scene and transported to Jones Memorial Hospital. The fire has been extinguished and crews are securing the scene and cleaning up after a rapid response to a fire that was only about 100 yards from the Wellsville Fire Department on Main Street.
