Stop #5 is a dessert lovers dream come true. Here about it from the artisan baker herself:

This is my first time joining the trail and I’m excited to be part of such a great group of artisans.  My products are holiday treats that you don’t often find in the supermarket.  I’ll be selling Almond Triangles, Molasses Crinkles, Speculoos Springerle and Mini Fruitcakes.  

I’ve been a baker for as long as I can remember, and really enjoy the process.  There’s something about the aromas of the spices, using unique springerle molds and the history behind many of the recipes. But the best part is the look on people’s faces when they see them and taste them.  These delights take a lot of time to make, but that’s what makes them so special.
