Proceedings: Stephen Frezza and Jessica Morrison were in Allegany County Court for argument of motions on several issues. Ultimately, three hearings were scheduled for February 1, 2023. A Huntley hearing was scheduled to determine the voluntariness of the Morrison’s statements to police. A Wade hearing was scheduled for each defendant, which determines the legality of identification procedures used by law enforcement. Currently, no trial date has been scheduled.
