Hot dog day celebration at Alfred University planned

Join us at 10:00 am on Hot Dog Day, April 30th at the Hairpin Turn (Marlin Way) on Alfred University. People around the world recognize the benefits of this practice by passing the chi around the globe at 10:00 AM on the last Saturday in April every year. Everyone can do tai chi.

Last year at the Riverwalk in Wellsville

Thanks to the Confucius Institute, there’ll be t-shirts for participants, and refreshments.

What is Tai Chi ? The Tai Chi Society of Western New York explains:

“Tai Chi involves slow, continuous movements that are beneficial to the body. Muscles strengthen, and the body becomes more flexible, and balanced (internally and externally). Organs are stimulated gently, circulation improved, and immunity enhanced.”
