More “March Madness” for WPD

Wellsville Police arrested Tadd M. Baker, age 31 of Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Mischief 4th (Class E Felony). The charges stem from an incident that took place on O’Connor Street in the Village. Baker was also issued traffic citation for Unregistered Motor Vehicle, Uninspected motor vehicle and Failure to notify DMV of change of address. Baker was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Baker is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on April 19th at 4:30 pm.

Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested a female, age 45 of Wellsville, for Failure to appear in Court on a previous AUO 2nd and other Vehicle & Traffic charges. She was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson. The accused was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court on May 17th at 4:30 pm.

Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested Jesse E.T. Smyers, age 32 of Richburg, for Failure to appear in Court on previous Grand Larceny 3rd and Issuing a Bad Check charges. Smyers was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson. Smyers was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court on April 5th at 4:30 pm.

Wellsville Police arrested a female, age 45 of Wellsville, charging her with Criminal Trespass 2nd. The charge stems from an incident that took place on East State Street in the Village. She was issued an appearance ticket and released. The accused is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on April 19th at 4:30 pm.
