A violent struggle Sunday morning on O’Conner Street between a father and son domestic dispute, ended with injuries and two arrests. Police arrested Casey J. Reynolds, age 32 of Wellsville and Tadd M. Baker, age 31 of Wellsville, charging them each with Assault 3rd.  Reynolds and Baker were processed, issued appearance tickets and released.  Reynolds is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on March 29th at 4:30 pm, while Baker is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on April 19th at 4:30 pm. 

Reynolds will still have the misdemeanor assault, but Baker charges have been elevated to felony criminal mischief-2, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, and two counts of harassment with physical contact.

Two, perhaps three state trooper’s cars assisted at the scene. The Wellsville police officer was evaluated at Jones Memorial and released. One of the suspects was transported by ambulance to Jones Memorial. Additional charges are pending.
