Town of Wellsville Clerk Danielle Osgood issued a public notice on behalf of the town board announcing the meeting tonight, Friday September 17th. The meeting will begin at 5:30pm at the temporary Town of Wellsville headquarters at the Wellsville Municipal Airport.
According to the public notice, “The purpose of this meeting is to discuss emergency remediation Dyke repair.”
The repairs in question are along the Dyke’s Creek, near the Wellsville Hardware Store on the south side of Route 417 east. The remediation of the dyke could be close to a half million dollar project based on commentary from sources close to the project.
