When the store was purchased by the Kusmierski family, the lottery license didn’t automatically transfer. In fact New York State required that they start the process from scratch: Fill out an application, order all new terminals and supplies, and then wait for that equipment to be delivered. Oh, and then it has to be configured and connected to the NYS lottery network. Mission accomplished the new owners have reported
Lottery is back – it took two months of applications, and paperwork and reports to finally get lottery back in the store. A tedious process, but one that is finally over.
