Cuba Police Department arrest reports

On January 3rd, 2022, at approximately 2:10PM, following a report of a fight at a local business, Cuba Police arrested a male (30) of Olean. He was arrested on charges of assault 3rd (Misdemeanor). The man was processed and released to appear at a later date. The accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of Law.

On January 18th, 2022, at approximately 12:54pm, following a report of a domestic dispute, Cuba Police arrested a female YO of Cuba. This YO was arrested on charges of assault 3rd (Misdemeanor) and endangering the welfare of a child (Misdemeanor).This YO was processed and released to appear at a later date. This YO is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of Law.

On January 18th, 2022, at approximately 5:00PM, following a report of a domestic dispute, Cuba Police arrested Erik W. Hagan (35) of Olean. Hagan was arrested on charges of assault 3rd (Misdemeanor), criminal mischief 4th (Misdemeanor), grand larceny 4th (Felony) and stalking 4th (Misdemeanor). Hagan was processed and placed in front of a Cuba Town Justice and released to appear at a later date. Hagan is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of Law.

On January 18th, 2022, at approximately 5:00pm, following a report of an altercation, Cuba Police arrested Erik W. Hagan (35) of Olean. Hagan was arrested on charges of criminal mischief 3rd (Felony). Hagan was processed and placed in front of a Cuba Town Justice and released to appear at a later date. Hagan is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of Law.

On January 26th, at approximately 4:45PM, following several incidents and reports from members of the public, Cuba Police arrested Robert K. Amundson (68) of Cuba. Amundson was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct (Violation), no distinctive plate on a motor vehicle (Violation), trespass (Violation), animal cruelty (3 counts, Misdemeanors). Amundson was processed and released to appear at a later date. Amundson is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of Law.

On January 28th, at approximately 9:30AM, Cuba Police arrested Robert K. Amundson (68) of Cuba. Amundson was arrested on charges of criminal trespass 2nd (Misdemeanor). Amundson was processed and released to appear at a later date. Amundson is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of Law.
