The National Weather service has issued a statement that includes the Wellsville area: The roads are horrible, in case you haven’t been out driving. As the workday ended, a viscous snowfall landed on wet and freezing roads. Those without the AWD or the 4WD began sliding and spinning, one vehicle went off the rails on the Andover Road just missed a telephone pole. Please drive carefully.
