The friends and family of Joanne Gifford Allen are invited to a memorial service on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at 10:30 am in the First United Methodist Church in Wellsville (79 Madison Street) with Reverend Craig Buelow presiding. A reception will follow in Island Park. Burial in Resthaven Cemetery in Phelps, NY will then be at 3:30 PM that same day.
