A new “hybrid” business for book lovers and wine enthusiasts

The news broke today on social media, another big story in the rennaissance of Main Street Wellsville NY. The “Book Cellar,” is planning to reside inside the former “Rockwell’s” building on Main Street and will open in 2023.

Owner Tori Koch is a self-described wine lover who loves to read. She is following the timeless advice of, “do what you love,” and she is not alone. Her business plan is simple:

“Welcome to Book Cellars based in our hometown of Wellsville, New York. Book Cellars is opening in hopes that we can provide a safe and cozy space for others who love to drink wine and read books! Travel back in time with us with our vintage atmosphere and small town comforts.

We hope you fall in love with Book Cellars as much as we have! Keep checking back for updates as we renovate our space & get ready for our grand opening!! Opening Summer 2023 📚🍷
