BELMONT, NEW YORK – Cornell Cooperative Extension of Allegany County’s Horticulture Program welcomes you to join Master Gardener, MaryLu Wells for an online presentation on ground covers. The program will be held Friday, May 21st, beginning at 4PM.
Ground covers are plants that provide protection for your topsoil, as they help prevent erosion and drought. MaryLu will cover a variety of low maintenance ground covers, great for deterring weeds and providing excellent nutrients for growing beds. Healthy soil leads to both happy plants and a more sustainable ecosystem!
Pre-registration is required and there is no fee for the program. Please contact Jeremy Baier, Allegany County Cooperative Extension at 585-268-7644 ext. 14, or by email firstname.lastname@example.org for details to attend. There will be an opportunity for questions after the presentation has finished.
This zoom presentation is one of many programs offered by Cornell Cooperative Extension of Allegany County (CCE-Allegany).
