Wellsville Police Department Reports

All those accused are considered innocent until proven guilty in court

• 7/15/22 – A male, age 50 with no permanent address, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest following an incident on E. Fassett St.  The accused was processed and issued appearance tickets for Village Court on 8/16/22.

• 7/17/22 – A male, age 26 from Wellsville, was arrested for Petit Larceny following a complaint at 7-Eleven on S. Main St.  The accused was processed and issued an appearance ticket for Village Court on 8/16/22.

• 7/18/22 – A female, age 24 from Wellsville, was arrested for Criminal Mischief 4^th following an incident which occurred on Pleasant St on 7/12/22.  She was issued an appearance ticket for Village Court on 8/16/22.

• 7/18/22 – Holden P. Faulkner, age 34 from Wellsville, was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Criminal Mischief 4^th following a disturbance on N. Brooklyn Ave.  Faulkner was arraigned in Village Court and released on his own recognizance to reappear in Village Court on 8/16/22.

• 7/19/22 – A male, age 46 from Wellsville, was arrested for Trespass and Pettit Larceny following an incident on Williams Ave.  The accused was issued appearance tickets for Village Court on 8/16/22.

• 7/19/22 – A male age 26 from Bolivar, was arrested on a bench warrant from Village Court for failure to appear on Driving While Intoxicated and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation charges.  The accused was processed, arraigned in Village Court, plead guilty to a charge of Driving While Ability Impaired and fined.

• 7/20/22 – A male, age 30 from Willing, NY was arrested on a bench warrant from Village Court for failure to appear in court.  Additionally, he was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th.  The accused was arraigned in Village Court and remanded to the Allegany County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.

• 7/20/22 – Holden P. Faulkner, age 34 from Wellsville, was arrested for Criminal Contempt 1^st, Robbery 3^rd, Grand Larceny of a Vehicle 4^th and Harassment 2^nd following a disturbance on N. Brooklyn Ave. which occurred on 7/19/22.  Faulkner was arraigned in Village Court and remanded to the Allegany County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.

• 7/20/22 – A female, age 23 from Whitesville, NY was arrested on a warrant for Petit Larceny following a complaint from Family Dollar which occurred on 3/16/22.  She was arraigned in Village Court and released on her own recognizance to reappear in Village Court on 8/16/22
