Meet the Candidates for the Auxiliary’s Royal Court!
From Jones Memorial Hospital,
The representatives for the 2026 Jones Memorial Hospital Auxiliary Royal Court have been announced! As part of a long-time tradition, the Auxiliary Twigs and several community organizations will sponsor a young person to sell tickets to the Grand Raffle with the candidate who sells the most tickets crowned at the Auxiliary’s Gala & Silent Auction in November.
Marsha Sick, Candidate Committee Chair, stated, “We have a tremendous group of young people this year and we are so excited to see them represent their community. Please lend your support to these kids and help them in their efforts on behalf of the Auxiliary and the hospital.”

This year, there are 10 candidates in the Royal Court. Representing the American Legion is Michaela Hardy, a sophomore at Wellsville High School. Michaela is the daughter of Tim and Amber Hardy and is a Jr. Auxiliary member of the American Legion. She also plays soccer and softball, and travels with the Southern Tier Lightning Travel Softball club. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and plans to attend college and pursue a career in the medical field after graduation.

Wrigley Cline represents the Wellsville Lions Club for 2026. Wrigley is the son of Ashleigh and Andrew Cline and attends Wellsville High School. He is active in Little League as an umpire, robotics club, student council and Leo’s club. A scholar athlete and high honor roll student, Wrigley also plays varsity volleyball and baseball and has been a Section 5 champion. His interests include robotics, history and photography and he enjoys watching sports and working out in his spare time. Wrigley’s future plans include EMT certification and trauma response nursing training.

The Rotary Club candidate this year is Christian Vossler. Son of Scott and Kelly Vossler, Christian is involved both sports and music – playing soccer, volleyball, track and participating in marching band and orchestra. He is also interested in the violin and enjoys working out. After high school graduation, Christian plans to pursue a career as a lawyer.

Addison Hennessy, daughter of Emily and Joe Hennessy, represents the Mulberry Twig. Addison is a member of the Student Athletic Council Committee and is a scholar athlete, participating in basketball, soccer and softball. She is currently employed at Trout Run Campground and in her spare time she enjoys hanging out with friends and playing basketball. After high school, Addison plans to attend a 4-year school for sports management.

Camdyn Hunt of Wellsville, daughter of Amy and Michael Hunt, will represent the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority of Wellsville. Camdyn is a high honor roll student who plays volleyball and softball for her school. She has also participated in robotics. Currently, Camdyn works at Trout Run, assisting with activities and her future plans include attending college to become a sonographer or radiographer. In her free time, Camdyn enjoys spending time with friends, pets, watching shows and playing sports.

The Hemlock Twig is proud to sponsor Isabella Morris as their candidate for 2026. Isabella is a high honor roll junior at Wellsville High School and is the daughter of Shawn Morris, Vickie Keown, but is under the care of Amanda Silva and Steve Caton. Isabella is a member of the International Club and the Science Club and has participated in volleyball, and Youth Group. Isabella has a passion for music and has been a member of W.A.V.E and GV Choir, marching band and theatre and has gone on to All-County and All-State. She enjoys hiking and balloon crew in addition to her other passions and likes to volunteer in her community. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, hanging out with friends, singing, swimming and exploring. After graduation, she plans to attend college for psychology.

Jacob Bohne is representing the Elks Club of Wellsville. Jacob is the son of Bryan and Maggie Bohne and attends Wellsville Secondary school. Jacob participates in the ski club, marching band and drum line. He plays volleyball and is on Merit Roll. Jacob enjoys reading and playing video games in his spare time. He is currently employed at Short’s and plans to work as an electrical lineman after graduation.

Piper Metro, daughter of Amanda Silva and Stephen Metro Jr. will be representing the Lion’s Club of Wellsville. Piper is involved in Tri-M, the International Club and the Student Athletic Advisory Committee (SAAC). A well-rounded student, Piper plays sports, including track and field and volleyball, and participates in band and theatre. She has received honors as a stand-out athlete for indoor track and competed in sectionals and state qualifiers for indoor and outdoor track. Piper is currently enrolled in honors classes and is on the high honor roll. In her spare time, she enjoys rock climbing, horseback riding, reading, working out, balloon crew and volunteering with animals. After graduation, Piper plans to go to college for Chemistry and join ROTC and hopes to continue her musical career.

The candidate representing the Olive Twig this year is Tripp Martelle, son of Christopher and Jeana Martelle. A junior at Wellsville High School, Tripp is a member of the Wellsville Volunteer Fire Company. He is currently employed at Tops in Wellsville and when he’s not at work or putting out fires, Tripp enjoys fishing and volunteering. A true community minded teen, he plans to continue his firefighting career after graduation.

The Business Professional Women’s Group (BPW) has sponsored Wheeler Dahlgren, junior at Wellsville High School and son of Erin and Jeremy Dahlgren. Wheeler participates on student council, SAAC and VEX Robotics club. He also plays varsity Soccer and Volleyball and won the Varsity Volleyball Player Standout Award in 2024 and 2026. Wheeler currently works at Stillwater, but when he’s not at work or school, he’s an engineer on the Vex Robotics club and enjoys building the robots for the club, as well as playing sports with friends. After high school, Wheeler plans to attend college and major in Robotics Engineering.
