Accord Executive Director: This donation will help families struggling to make ends meet

Alco Federal Credit Union made a $2,000 donation to the ACCORD Corporation Food Pantry on Friday. Alco CEO Mike Miller presented the check to ACCORD Executive Director Lesley Gooch-Christman.
“The tagline at Alco is “Investing in Our Communities”, said Miller. We take that very seriously. ACCORD has been a great resource to our communities. A donation to any of their programs will be sure to pay dividends and quickly get assistance out to those who need it most.”
Gooch-Christman stated, “We are grateful to Alco for this generous donation which demonstrates their understanding of the needs of our community and the commitment to doing something about it. This donation will truly make a difference in the lives of many Allegany County residents who are struggling to make ends meet.”
