Wellsville based softball squad remains undefeated in the Metro League

Sparking defensive plays by Jayna Thomas, Sawyer Burke, and Kylee Whiting kept North Tonawanda off the scoreboard as the Dawgs went on to win 8-0. Haley Mascho played an errorless shortstop and blasted a 2-rbi double over the left fielder’s head.
Offensively, the Dawgs were led by Brynn Hallock (3 hits), Sawyer Burke (2 hits) and Jayna Thomas (2 hits). Rylee Whiting and Hannah Powers combined in the circle for the shutout.
