Barbara Jean White (80), passed away on Friday, April 4, 2025 at her home in Landrum, S.C. She was born on November 23, 1944 in Wellsville, NY to Leonard and Lucille Nobles.
Barbara spent 30 years in the nursing field. She moved to Landrum, S.C., in 1997.
She is survived by her sister, Mary Nobles; two sons, Gregory (Susan) Fancher of Bolivar and Scott (Paula) Fancher of Landrum, S.C.; five grandchildren, Andrew Fancher, Josh Fancher, Jason (Keli) Fancher, Jeremy Fancher and Scottlyn Fancher; eight great grandchildren, Jada Fancher, Cole Fancher, Xavian Fancher, Addison Fancher, Ike Fancher, Reese Fancher, Remi Fancher and James Fancher.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Janice Nobles.
Barb enjoyed family gatherings, animals and eating out with her ex-husband, Keith Fancher.

Per Barb’s wishes, there will be no prior visitation. A memorial service will be held late in the spring at a date to be determined.
