Free Nutrition Classes at Cuba Library start this week

Anyone over 13 years old can register to start eating healthy!

From the Cuba Library,

Interested in learning tips to become healthier? Join us Wednesdays, February 5 – March 12 from 5:30 – 6:30 pm at the Cuba Library as SNAP-Ed Nutritionist Michael Nelson gives insights into health and nutrition. She will have information on the importance of eating a variety of foods, easy ways to make smart food choices, and will also share budget savvy ideas to find a balance in your diet and develop a healthy eating style.

This program is open to anyone ages 13 & up, but parents are welcome to bring young children if they cannot make childcare arrangements.
