From Hearts for Isabella,

Hearts for Isabella is teaming up once again with Eric Jones, Sculpting For Smiles to sculpt a very special snow sculpture to raise awareness to Congenital Heart Disease at Golisano Children’s Hospital to bring smiles to children receiving care to watch from the comfort of their hospital rooms.

As Isabella’s parents, we’re so proud and honored to work with such talented and amazing people to put together such an event for these children.

”What an honor to be able to create this snow sculpture for Hearts for Isabella. With dozens of kids, families and nurses watching from the hospital windows, it’s helps remind me of how blessed I am. My daughter is about to graduate with her masters degree is a CHD survivor. I hope my artwork brings a smile to the faces of these tiny warriors. Keep fighting! ❤️“ – Eric Jones

CHD Facts:
*1 in 100 newborns are born each day, 40,000 annually in the US, with CHD.

*CHD is the most common, yet underfunded birth defect.

*CHD is the leading cause of infant deaths due to birth defects.

*There is no cure for CHD and it is a lifelong diagnosis.

Hearts For Isabella is a 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization created in memory of Isabella Annelise Dombrowski that helps raise awareness to Congenital Heart Disease (CHD) with combined hopes and support to the children and those living with CHD in our local communities.

Isabella was born with half a heart, a diagnosis and condition called Tricuspid Atresia – Hypoplastic Right Heart Syndrome (HRHS), a more complex and rare CHD that is a 1 in 10,000 statistic. ❤️💙

Isabella lost her life after only 3 months old, living 97 days after losing her battle to CHD following complications of open heart surgery. She was a warrior, thrived, and defied many odds in the short 3 months of her life. Although her life was short, her impact was and continues to inspire and share hope to those fighting every day with CHD. Spreading awareness is how we will continue to shine light on the truth behind Congenital Heart Disease and our sweet Bella’s memory forever until we find a cure to such a horrible disease that affects so many.

Through love & loss, we share Isabella’s powerfully beautiful & equally tragic story to help remember her memory and also raise awareness to CHD. By so, are also dedicated to support the many children, their parents, those living with CHD in their adulthood, and the many our communities in such special ways.
Please keep sending hearts for Bella and the many heart babies around the world ღ They need all of our hearts.
