Join The Ryan Agencies in supporting flood victims: enjoy Stearns BBQ while helping Southern Tier families rebuild from recent devastation.

From Staff Reports,

Hornell, NY — In response to the severe damage caused by Tropical Storm Debby on August 9th, the Ryan Agency is hosting a fundraiser to aid victims affected by the flooding. The storm brought unprecedented rainfall, leaving many families across the Southern Tier and Canisteo Valley grappling with damaged homes and destroyed property.

In light of this crisis, the Ryan Agency has organized a Stearns BBQ Dinner pickup event to raise funds for the United Way’s Steuben County Flood Relief Fund. The event is scheduled for September 12th from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Ryan Agency office at 57 Broadway Mall, Hornell. This initiative aims to provide much-needed financial support to those impacted by the flooding.  To learn more about how to purchase tickets, please visit https://www.ryanagency.com/support-local-flood-relief-enjoy-stearns-bbq-and-help-the-southern-tier-rebuild

Tickets for the BBQ dinner (they can be purchased online by clicking here), which includes half a Stearns BBQ chicken, potato and macaroni salad, a roll, and butter, are priced at $15 each.

Only 250 tickets will be available, so interested parties are encouraged to purchase early. Additionally, a sweet treat from a local bakery will be included. All proceeds from the ticket sales will go directly to the flood relief fund, and thanks to the partnership with the United Way of the Southern Tier, donations are tax-deductible.

For those who wish to contribute but are unable to take advantage of this delicious meal, a donation-only option is also available through the online form linked here. 100% of the money goes directly to the United Way of Southern Tier’s Steuben County Flood Relief Fund.

This effort highlights the community’s resilience and generosity in the face of adversity. The Ryan Agency invites everyone to participate and support this crucial cause, as every contribution helps in the recovery and rebuilding efforts. Thank you for your support and solidarity with those affected by this devastating event.
