The NY Landquest team is thrilled to announce a new addition to their award-winning real estate agency. Chad Leonard knows the region well. He and his family live in Erie County, have property in Cattaraugus County, and Chad grew up in Scio NY. His career has taken him all over the country gaining valuable knowledge of the real estate industry. Leonard is a licensed real estate salesperson and insurance broker in New York and Pennsylvania. “Chad currently resides in East Aurora in Erie County and grew up in Scio, Allegany County in the Southern Tier.  Chad and his wife Lisa have 6 children and 3 grandchildren.  Their children are in Seattle, Boise, Chicago, and Tulsa.  Chad graduated from Hilbert College with degrees in Business Administration and Criminal Justice.  His professional career started in the oil and gas industry with a focus on land where he worked across several states negotiating land deals for U.S. Energy Development Corporation.  In 2014, Chad and his family followed his love of land and the industry to Oklahoma where Chad became VP of Land and Business Development for two companies.  Chad is currently licensed in New York and Pennsylvania as a Real Estate Salesperson and previously licensed in Oklahoma and Texas.  He is also currently a licensed insurance broker in New York and Pennsylvania.  Chad enjoys the family farm in Cattaraugus County, outdoor activities, camping and is a devoted Whitetail hunter. Chad’s favorite part of the job is hearing about the history of each property and the stories of the property and events that have occurred throughout the years.  Chad will help you sell or acquire property across New York and Pennsylvania.  His 20+ years of land and real estate transactions coupled with his core values of family, honesty, commitment, integrity, and respect will help you with selling your property or help you find your new home, camp, or dream piece of land.”
