Alfred State College Culinary Arts students to host Mardi Gras Dinner
ALFRED, NY, January 30, 2024 – The Alfred State College Culinary Arts departmentwill be hosting a Mardi Gras Dinner on Thursday, Feb. 22 on the Wellsville campus (2530 River Rd, Wellsville, NY 14895)
The $25 per person buffet dinner includes:
- Soup: Cajun Corn Soup
- Salad: Assorted Mardi Gras Salads
- Entrées: Shrimp Etouffee, Chicken & Sausage Jambalaya, Red Beans & Rice, and Crab Cakes with Cajun Sauce, Muffaletta Pizza, Mardi Gras Creamy Chicken Pasta, and Hush Puppies, Fried Clam Po Boy Sandwiches and Fried Okra
- Dessert: Assorted Mardi Gras Desserts
Seating will take place between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. There is limited seating and reservations are required.
Proceeds of this event benefit Culinary Arts Scholarships.
