REPUBLICAN CAUCUS WILL BE HELD AT
BOLIVAR TOWN HALL, 252 MAIN STREET
IN THE VILLAGE OF BOLIVAR, COUNTY OF ALLEGANY,
STATE OF NEW YORK ON THE
27th DAY OF JANUARY 2024 AT 11:00 AM
THIS CAUCUS IS CALLED FOR THE PURPOSE OF NOMINATING CANDIDATES TO FILL EXISTING VACANCIES FOR THE VILLAGE ELECTION TO BE HELD ON March 19, 2024
Offices to be voted on (office and incumbent):
Trustee (4 Years) Jared Smith
Trustee (4 Years) David Kottwitz
(There may be other vacancies after posting because of resignations and/or deaths)
NOTE: This notice shall be given by the proper authorities EITHER by newspaper publication thereof once in a local newspaper at least one week and not more than two weeks preceding the caucus OR by posting
such notice in six (6) public places within the village at least ten (10) days preceding the day of the caucus.
THIS NOTICE MUST BE posted at the office of the Village Clerk and the Board of Elections at
least ten (10) days preceding the day of the caucus.
