The Arc Allegany-Steuben is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that provides supports and services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families in Allegany and Steuben counties. Their mission is to support and respect people’s choices on their journey to independence; emphasizing choice and community engagement.

The Arc Allegany-Steuben has 20+ locations, employs 700+ associates, and serves over 1,200 people through a variety of programs from Vocational Education and Day Habilitation to Community Services and Residential opportunities.

It takes a lot of people to make an organization like the Arc Allegany-Steuben function fluidly and as the agency grows, we find ourselves searching for new team members, which makes now the perfect opportunity for career hunters to join the team and start doing something that makes a difference.
