Carry D. Keyser is currently under lock and key in the Allegany County Jail

On September 13, 2023, the Bureau of Criminal Investigation at SP Amity arrested Carry D. Keyser, 21 of Scio, NY was arrested for Sex Abuse 1st degree (D Felony) and Endangering the Welfare of a Child- 3 counts for each charge.
On September 9, 2023, the Bureau of Criminal Investigation at SP Amity received a complaint of a possible sex abuse of multiple children under the age of 10-years-old. The investigation determined that Keyser was in close proximity with the multiple children for a length of time and sexually abused them. The Allegany County District Attorney’s Office was briefed and Keyser arrested and processed at SP Amity.
Keyser was arraigned in the Town of Scio Court. A full Stay Away Order of Protection was issued and Keyser was remanded to the Allegany County Jail en lieu of 20k cash bail, 40k
