Good news: NY State Police officer gets big hug after rescuing dog from neglect

Trooper Wrobel recently responded to an animal neglect complaint, which led to the surrender of “Lilly” (a poodle mix) to the Finger Lakes SPCA. Lilly was overjoyed that Trooper Wrobel rescued her!

The owner has been charged criminally.
