Proceedings: Jarrette LaFlash has been indicted on 3 counts, including the top count of Burglary in the 3rd degree. LaFlash is accused of breaking into the office of Dr.
Kassas in Wellsville back on June 24th, causing damage to the office and stealing items within. LaFlash is currently being held at the Allegany County Jail and will be arraigned on these charges in Allegany County Court on September 27th.
