Wow. All the featured vendors for this Saturday have given us a glimpse of the menu for the first ever Taste of Wellsville. Every vendor will have food that you can grab and eat on the street. Armstrong has provided a big tent inbetween L’Italia and Community Bank to allow festivalers to get out of the weather to sit and enjoy some of this food.
Dozens of vendors will line the streets of Main Street Wellsville, see what’s to eat from each delicious options. If Main Street Wellsville was a restaurant, this would be the menu:
1) Beef Haus: Beef on Wick Sliders and a full bar available for grab and go! Also:
Oreo ice cream sandwiches, chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwiches, Shirley Temples for the kids, Strawberry lemonade too!
2)The Shop at Main: We are doing tastings of our new smoothie bowls, açaí bowls and fall drink menu
3)Napoli: Cheese and Pepperoni Pizza, Chocolate Chip Cannoli, drinks and snacks
4)Nacho Momma’s All American Taqueria
Serving our full menu plus:
A “sampler menu” with smaller versions our great tacos… nachos… and fries…. Featuring the mini “Big Ugly” taco!
5)Wellsville Brewing Company: Beer!!
6)L’Italia: We are using some local produce through Living Acres Farm!! Serving a full bar with speciality cocktails and great selection of draft beers!

12) ScandinaviRen’s– Quite a variety! Cookies, tarts, gluten free!
“I have all of the normal cookies I make; pepparkakor (like a gingerbread kind of cookie,) several varieties of shortbread cookies (cardamom, pistachio, lavender lemon,) and Icelandic spice cookies, which have a bit more kick. I will also have fresh cardamom rolls, spiced lemon tea bread and Danish butter cupcakes. On the gluten free side of things,there WILK be kladdakake (basically like a brownie but Swedish, lol) havreflarn (lacy oat cookies,) lingonberry butter cookies and a couple lingonberry tarts made with almonds, lingonberry jam and a lemon ginger sugar. And hibiscus lemonade to wash it down!”
