Severe weather moving into the region have potential for destruction
The National Weather Service has issued a tornado warning for nearly every upstate NY county. Erie and Monroe counties are not listed on the watch.
Based on AccuWeather predictions, storms will be emerging along the NY and PA border moving northeast about 4:00pm EST.
