A New York State Police arrest report from the town of Centerville indicates a very serious crime occurred in September of 2022. The long arm of the law finally caught up with Danny Echevarria, 46, of Rochester NY. He was arrested for fifteen different crimes, mostly felony weapons charges after an apparent home invasion.

Based on the charges filed by state police, Echevarria used a weapon to rob and burglarize a family home. Three children were present during the crime and the accused faces seven separate grand larceny of a weapon charges. Echevarria charged with additional felonies because of prior convictions. State police report that the accused was “HELD” but he is not in the Allegany County Jail, according to jail officials.
