Most us were not born then, but today at Wellsville Manor, Marion Ludden Johnson celebrated her 98th birthday with her family! Marion even had everyone’s ideal birthday lunch of Ice Cream and Cake!
Marion graduated from ICS in Wellsville and is also a 1941 Graduate of Wellsville high school at age 16. After attending Rochester business Institute in Wellsville, she was hired by Citizens National Bank at age 17!
Marion was a teller there for many years until she was promoted to the position of Assistant Vice President.
She worked at “ the Citz” for37 years and at Key Bank for “ six long years.” Her banking career spanned more than 4 decades, a total of 43 years.
