Tonight, we honored one of our own, Retired Corrections Officer Kevin Shay. Kevin has courageously been fighting cancer and has been recently given some difficult news. We assembled deputies, police officers, corrections officers, Judges, court officials, retired officers, Troopers and probation officers all of whom know and worked with Kevin during his 30 year career.

With Lisa’s help, Kevin pulled up to a long blue line and was completely surprised. Everyone was able to give Kevin a salute, a hug and some words of encouragement.

Kevin has touched the lives of so many, we wanted a chance to tell him what he means to us.
