Live Music for kids and families this Saturday at the David A. Howe

“Two of a Kind” is a award-winning Philadelphia based duo

Two of a Kind is set to perform at the David A. Howe Library in Wellsville, NY, on Saturday, April 22nd, at 2 p.m. This concert is free and open to the public.

Two of a Kind is David & Jenny Heitler-Klevans, an award-winning musical duo based in the Philadelphia area specializing in interactive music for children and families. In honor of Earth Day, Two of a Kind will present “Caring for the Earth,” featuring songs about the environment, recycling, pollution, animals and their habitats, and more! Two of a Kind gets audiences of all ages involved in the show, through singing, movement, sign language, lyrics-on-the-spot, puppets and more. Two of a Kind has released 10 CDs and 1 DVD, garnering over 20 national awards. David & Jenny have written an environmental musical for kids, entitled “The World is Not Your Garbage Can.” Publishers’ Weekly calls Two of a Kind “a one of a kind find!”

This project is made possible with funds from the Statewide Community Regrants Program, a regrant program of the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of the Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature and administered by the Arts Council for Wyoming County.
