Electric service was not impacted but Spectrum Cable service

At about 11:00am this morning, a pickup truck crashed off the right hand side of Truax Road traveling north, just past Proctor Road.
The truck hit the utility pole hard enough that the “box” fell off the vehicle, the truck was disabled, and both were hauled away from the scene by D & J Auto.
According to the Town of Wellsville Emergency Coordinator Chris Martelle there were no injuries and the road will be closed until about 5pm while National Grid and Spectrum Cable crews repair damages.
