All those arrested are presumed innocent until proven guily in court

State Police arrested a duo in Angelica after a traffic stop early Monday morning. Lisa Phearsdorf, 39, of Bolivar NY was charged with two misdemeanors and three felony charges:
Misdemeanors: Criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree(2 counts,) and use of drug paraphanelia, packaging.
Felonies: Criminal possession of a controlled substance, Methamphetamine; Criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, and criminal possession of a weapon, previous conviction.
The other women, a 41 year old resident of Olean NY, was arrested on three misdemeanors:
Criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, and Criminal possession of weapon with the intent to use. Separate charges were filed as the women was wanted for jumping bail. She was also charged with Bail Jumping in the 3rd degree.
It was “Not Reported” if Phearsdorf or the other woman were held or released for a court date.
