Chief Rivera had a few too many drinks, was “belligerent,” and injured in falls; police respond
By Andrew Harris
The top cop in Macedon NY had a very bad night at the local Irish pub recently.
Based on reports and obvious injuries, Chief Fabian Rivera, had way to much to drink at Flaherty’s in the town he is charged with policing.
After he fell down multiple times and was clearly injured, staff called the police.
Despite the disturbance and reported threats to the employees who were attempting to manage Rivera, no charges were filed.
Rivera has been put on leave while the Wayne County Sheriff’s Department investigates the matter.
