Resident addresses Bolivar Road traffic issues

Currently when coming into Wellsville on the Bolivar Road, the speed limit drops from 45 mph at the intersection of the Fassett Lane Road to 35 mph. The 35 mph drops to 30 mph near Highland Avenue. The 30 mph continues to the North Main Street / 417 / 19 intersection. COMMON SENSE SAYS – change the 35 mph stretch to 30 mph. Slowing down the speed of the traffic will not solve the entire issue but would be a step in the right direction.
