This afternoon, the Allegany County 911 dispatchers had to work with first responders on two accidents within miles of each other.
The first call was a two-car, head-on accident on Route 305 in Cuba. Fire police had the road closed from Stout Road to Haskell Road.
There was a call for two MercyFlight helicopters for the accident.
A little later, there was a call for a two-car accident on Interstate 86 between Cuba and Friendship.
One of the vehicles overturned.
According to reports, one of the patients is a female in critical condition as the vehicle was on her arm.
As of 2:45 p.m. today, Interstate 86 East was closed for the second accident.
